Hi, I’m Ruben (Trish Thunderstone) — welcome to my music + design playground: Cbra Systems.

Welcome to Cbra Systems — a playful multi-desktop experience inspired by DJ workflow: move between sections like you would move between tracks, crates, and studio tools. The platform is art-driven, non-profit, and still evolving — so you may run into areas that are work-in-progress.

Why use this instead of YouTube or SoundCloud?

Cbra Systems isn’t meant to replace them. It’s a curated navigation layer with themed sections and interactive scenes, designed to make discovery feel more like exploring a world than scrolling a feed. Some content is embedded from the open web, but the focus is on curation, context, and the “multi-desktop” flow between rooms.

Is this a social network?

Not in the traditional sense. “People” and profiles are mainly artist pages, characters, or project entries, rather than a full social feed.

How long has this been in the making?

Since the late 1990s — from early Flash-era experiments to modern builds. The core idea stayed the same: remix the web like music.

What’s the goal?

A friendly, art-driven space for discovering music, sharing links, and exploring an interactive multi-desktop universe — free and accessible. I’m continuously improving it, so a few areas may still be work-in-progress.

From Amiga vibes to Ableton Live
