Take Milla Jovovich, for example: model, actress, musician, and ultimate PR queen.
Born in Kyiv in 1975, Milla moved from the Soviet Union to London, then Sacramento, and finally Los Angeles.
At 12 she started modeling for Herb Ritts and Richard Avedon, later starring in films like The Fifth Element and Resident Evil.
She also makes music. Her debut album The Divine Comedy came out in 1994, followed by The People Tree Sessions in 1998.
Fashion? Of course. She co-founded Jovovich-Hawk in 2003.
